Juniper berries has resinous, balsamic and woody notes, and cardamom is excellent for dressing and garnishing all types of Vodka/Gin and tonic.

The Cardamom give Vodka and Gin a citrus and slightly bitter taste that resemble grapefruit and Seville orange.
