Aromatic herb widely used in Mediterranean cuisine that provides a very particular aniseed flavor. It is used to flavor all kinds of dishes, especially fish, such as marinated salmon, shellfish, meats, rice, salads, vinegars and oils. Also for smoked, mustard dressings, cold soups, fried fish, roasted pork, and dill bread.
