It has a more intense flavor than fresh garlic, although without the characteristic spiciness and maintaining the same properties. With a small amount of garlic powder helps to reinforce the flavor and helps to distribute the flavor better. It has an advantage, the use of garlic powder has a tendency to burn less in the case of the preparation of roasts.
