Ingredients
- 4 pieces of salmon
- Dill
- 1 glass of port wine
- 2 tablespoons of liquid cream
- Soy sauce
- Butter
- Nutmeg
- Black pepper
- Salt
Preparation
Sprinkle two teaspoons of dill on the salmon fillets, previously seasoned. Melt on a pan two small spoons of butter and add a glass of port wine, a spoonful of soy sauce and the rest of the dill with a pinch of nutmeg once out of the heat. Once cold, add the cream and reserve.
Cover the fillets slightly with flour and fry gently with butter. Then place the fillets in a baking sheet with the previous sauce and put them in the oven previously preheated to 180ºC for about 20 minutes.
We can accompany the fillets with stewed potatoes and sprinkle them with some chopped dill.
