Ingredients
- 375 g of rice
- 1 cup of crushed tomato
- 1 medium onion
- Olive oil
- 2 cups of water
- Cardamom
- Parsley
- Cayenne pepper
- Blue Salt
Preparation
Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the grated onion until it begins to brown. Incorporate the tomato, the water, the spices and the salt to your liking. When it starts to boil, add the rice.
Stir with a wooden spoon and cook it under low heat during 25 minutes or until the rice is well cooked.
