- 500 g of chicken
- 1/2 of rice
- 2 onions
- 3 carrots
- 250 g of mushrooms
- White wine
- 1 tablet of meat broth
- Olive oil
- Food coloring
- Black pepper
- Blue salt
Measure the quantity of rice with a cup and reserve. Heat the double quantity of water, measured with the same cup, add the rice and, when it starts to boil, lower the heat until the water evaporates. Wash the rice with cold water and reserve it.
Add the oil in a frying pan, fry the finely chopped onion and garlic until tender. Next, add the carrots peeled and cut into squares and, when soft, add the laminated mushrooms. Once cooked, add the 2 glasses of white wine, the broth tablet, two small spoons of food coloring, salt and pepper, and cook for 10 min more until the wine evaporates.
In a separate pan we will cook the chicken, previously chopped, until brown. Next, we will add it to the pan of the vegetables together with the rice that we have boiled before. Stir everything well and leave it cooking for 5 more minutes and it will be ready to serve.
