Ingredients
- 2 glasses of rice
- 1 kg of minced meat
- Fried tomato
- Half a glass of white wine
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Oregano
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
Preparation
Cook the rice in a saucepan with boiling water to its optimum point and let it drain.
Cut two cloves of garlic into small pieces and sauté them with the olive oil without getting to burn. Then add the rice and continue sautéing the mixture, add a little salt and cook until get the grainy rice.
Cut the other two cloves of garlic into small pieces, sauté them in a pan without burning them and add the minced meat, the salt, the oregano, the parsley, the ground black pepper and sauté everything together. When it is cooked, add the half glass of white wine and let it cook for 15 more minutes. After this time, add the fried tomato and continue cooking, this time, until the tomato is reduced. Finally we incorporate the rice and mix everything.
