Ingredients
- 50 g of red lettuce shoots
- 50 g of green lettuce shoots
- 150 g of Roquefort cheese
- 2 ripe pears
- 100 g peeled walnuts
- 1 lemon
- Cumin
- Chive
- Black pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
Wash and dry the lettuce. Next, peel the pears in slices and season them with lemon juice. Cut the Roquefort cheese into cubes, while we will chop half of the nuts. Meanwhile we will make a vinaigrette with oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped nuts, salt, pepper and cumin powder.
Place the lettuce leaves, the laminated pears and the cheeses in a plate. Finally we season it at the moment of serving and decorate it with nuts, cumin seeds and chives.
