Palm hearts sandwich

Ingredients
  • Bread
  • 1 slice of york ham
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • Palm hearts
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
Preparation

Drain the palm hearts and cut them in half lengthwise. Peel and cut into strips the half avocado. With a knife open the bread in half and add a splash of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Place all the ingredients in layers (york ham / palm hearts / avocado) and finally add salt and pepper to the avocado and to the palm hearts as desired.
