An excellent dish that can be served as a starter or as a main course. Delicious and very quick to prepare.
Ingredients
- Mussels (800 g)
- Ground garlic (2 teaspoons)
- Parsley leaf (2 teaspoons)
- Sweet paprika (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt
Preparation

Open the DANI canned Chilean mussels in their natural state and drain them.

Put the oil in a frying pan and when it is hot, add the mussels and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the crushed garlic, parsley and sweet paprika. Sauté over a low heat for 2 minutes.

Leave to stand for a couple of minutes so that the flavours blend well and it is ready to serve.
