Avocado with Black Pepper Tapa

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf of bread
  • Olive oil
  • Marine salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 2 avocados
Preparation

First of all peel and debone the avocados and cut them into thin slices. Leave the bones and the slices in a covered container until the moment of serving the dish to prevent that the avocado turns black.

Cut the bread into small slices, season it with a little oil and place the slices of avocado on top, seasoning them with marine salt, pepper and a little more oil. Easy and quick dish, ready to eat.
