- 4 sirloin steaks
- 60 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoon of dry white wine
- 50 g of hydrated green pepper
- 1 cup of broth
- Salt
To start, we will peel and chop the onion and place half of the butter in a bowl with the onion.
Cover the bowl with sticky plastic and make some small perforations to let the air come out when we put it in the microwave. Cook it in the microwave at maximum power for 4 minutes and reserve it without uncovering.
At the same time, we will preheat the oven and bake the butter with the sirloin for 5 minutes at medium temperature. Extract and salt the sirloins, placing them between two plates so that they release their juice, and then add it to the onion together with the white wine and the green peppercorns.
Put the contents of the bowl to the microwave for 2 minutes and, once cooked, strain the sauce with the Chinese colander. Add more green peppercorns and pour the mixture over the sirloins.
