Ingredients
- 100 g of arugula
- 150 g of fontina cheese
- 150 g of hard cheese
- 2 pears
- 100 g of nuts
- 1 lemon
- Cumin seeds
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
First of all, wash and dry the arugula to reserve it. On the other hand, wash the pears, take out the seeds and cut them into slices. Put them in a bowl and sprinkle them with the juice of a lemon. Cut the two types of cheese into cubes and chop a handful of nuts.
For the sauce we make a vinaigrette with the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar, the chopped nuts, salt, pepper and cumin. In a large bowl mix the arugula, pears and cheeses and just before serving we season it with the cumin sauce.
