Ingredients
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 cups of milk cream
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of vanillin
Preparation
In a saucepan we put the milk and the milk cream to heat without it coming to boil. In a separate bowl mix the eggs, the sugar, the nutmeg, the salt and the vanillin and add 1/2 cup of the milk mixture in the egg mixture.
Cook the cream over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until it starts to boil. Just then we remove it from the heat.
Put the cream in a metal pan and let it cool to room temperature. Once it has tempered, we can put the cream in the freezer.
