Ingredients
- 150 g of cookies
- 60 g of butter
- 8 g of gelatin powder
- 300 g of cream to beat
- 1 can of mango
- 250 cc of water
- 500 g of cream cheese
- 300 g of sugar
- Ground cinnamon
- Salt
Preparation
For the biscuit base, chop the cookies together with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix well and add the melted butter. Keep mixing until get a uniform mass. In a removable baking dish, distribute the biscuit base forming a thin layer.
Dissolve the gelatin in warm water and mix it with the previously cut mango.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese together with 200 g of sugar. Also add a teaspoon of cinnamon to give more flavor to the whole mixture.
Finally, fill the mold, first with the cheese cream mixture and finally add a layer of mango gelatin. Reserve it in the refrigerator a minimum of 2 hours so that the cream settle. We can present it with mango pieces on top of the jelly to give it a more appetizing appearance.
