Ingredients
- 40 g of blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Muesli
- 1 Greek yogurt
Preparation
Wash the blueberries and mix them with the lemon juice (we leave them macerating).
Next, fill a large glass with muesli and Greek yogurt. Mix the yogurt with the muesli and finally add the marinated blueberries and the sesame seeds (to give it the final touch). Serve it in a glass.
