Ingredients
- Small potatoes (500g)
- Rosemary (3 teaspoons)
- Garlic powder (2 teaspoons)
- Virgin olive oil (5 teaspoons)
- Salt (to taste)
- Ground black pepper (1 teaspoon)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Wash and dry the potatoes.
- Make a mixture of salt, rosemary, ground black pepper, garlic powder and virgin olive oil.
- Make a small slit in the potatoes and add the previously made mixture inside.
- We put it on a tray, put it in the oven and let it bake for about an hour.
- Take it out of the oven and serve it as a garnish or simply as a snack.
